The core is often an area of the body that we all strive to increase the strength and stability of, but rarely commit to isolating.The reality is that increased core strength and stability has infinite benefits: decreased risk for low back injury, increased strength and comfort when lifting, walking, etc.
We understand that core strength can be a vulnerable topic. Everyone has a different starting point and goals when it comes to building up the core. This is why we will make sure to ask you questions, gauging where is best to start and progress.
Note that exercises focus on the health of the core musculature, they are not focused on aesthetics or attaining “6-pack” abs.
